Darjeeling 4 ply sock yarn - 25 or 12 x 80m sw merino/nylon sock yarn -400m/100g

Our kit includes a curated collection of hand-dyed, premium quality yarns, each lovingly selected with an eye to your knitting and crafting success, and are presented to be able to keep the progession secret until you reach that day.

The Yarn options:

Darjeeling 4 ply sock yarn

Weight & Length

4 ply sock or fingering yarn. 100 gms gives you 400 metres - mini skeins are 20+ gms (hand wound from the larger skeins).

Darjeeling sock yarn: 80% Australian Merino & 20% nylon

A soft smooth sock base that dyes up like a dream into anything I can dream up! A soft but firm sock base with good stitch definition, and perfect for things other than socks too!

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a wool wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour. The merino is superwash but the dyes can dissociate in hot water (hence the need to wash in cool water).

Jasmin f

4 ply silk/merino non superwash yarn. 100gms gives you 400 metres - mini skeins are 20 + gms (hand wound from the larger skeins).

There is only one lot of postage to be paid on each shipment. 12 skein kits weigh 250g plus without additional add ons or packaging. Each postage cost is calculated to include packaging. These will head out in Late June.
