Anise - I had looked for a 4 ply silk and linen yarn for a long time and after trialling one from Canada and not being pleased with the cost and the quality I had this new yarn milled especially for me from my usual silk mill in Switzerland. It has a beautiful sheen and light summer texture - perfect for summer tops and shawls and comes in lace weight as well as a DK..
Hand wash in lukewarm water - some colour bleeding may occur but it should effect the main colour.
